Q: How do I create my first stamp card?

After signing up and logging in you land directly on the dashboard. There you use the "Create stamp card" button to pick your design, adjust colours, upload a logo and set the number of stamps.

Q: How do my customers get the stamp card?

Every stamp card has a unique QR code and a shareable link. Customers scan the code or open the link on their phone and save the card straight to Apple Wallet, no app download needed. You can print the ready-made QR poster or share it digitally.

Q: How do I stamp my customers' cards?

Download the free "Stampz Business" app from the App Store. Use it to scan the QR code on your customer's wallet card and the stamp is added in real time.

Q: What is the difference between Basic and Pro?

On the Basic plan you can create one stamp card and add back-of-card information. Pro adds several stamp cards, push notifications, location notifications, detailed analytics and priority support.

Q: Can I edit my stamp card later?

Yes, you can change the design, colours, reward and number of stamps at any time. Existing cards of your customers update automatically via Apple Wallet.

Q: How do push notifications work?

On the Pro plan you can send push messages straight to your customers' wallet cards, for example for promotions or offers. The message shows on the lock screen just like a normal notification.

Q: What happens when a customer has collected all stamps?

Once all stamps are collected, the reward is shown on the card. You redeem the reward with the Stampz Business app, the card resets and the customer can start collecting again.

Q: Can I cancel Stampz?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time from your profile in the dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is kept.

Q: Do I need an app to use the stamp card?

No, you don't need any extra app. The stamp card is saved right in your Apple Wallet and is available any time, even offline.

Q: How do I get a stamp card?

Just scan the QR code in the shop or open the link you received. On the page you enter your name and add the card to your Apple Wallet with one tap.
